Should I register for IRP6 or IRP3?

I found two forms on the SARS site, IRP3 which states it's meant for freelance artists and IRP6 for provisional tax. I'm a freelance artist so should I fill in and resister for IRP6 or IRP3 or both?

What are you trying to do?

IRP6 is for the payment of provisional tax (due Monday 29th Feb). and this is probably the one you need.

An IRP3 is a a directive from SARS saying exactly how much tax is taken off any income or capital amount from a fund before the rest is paid to the receiver.

I see thank you so much,
I think I might have the wrong IRP6 form as I still need to register for provisional tax.

Could you maybe tell me where I can find the form to register?

Thanks for the help

You can register for provisional tax on SARS eFiling. Click on Organisations, Tax Type, tick the box for provisional tax and enter your tax reference number.
