SARS eFiling asking for "documents for review " and "documents for audit"

Why does my eFiling ask for me to submit "Documents for review" and "Documents for audit"?

It means that you have been requested to submit supporting documents to show that what you entered into your ITR12 tax return is the same as the original documents you have. You would need to upload these documents, for example your IRP5, Medical Certificate etc. to SARS. Click on "documents for review" and upload the documents there.
