Were you asked to submit supporting documents?

Not at all, I was told that its all sorted and I will receive my refund in a few days. Last year it took 1 day.

They are saying I did not file for 2011 and 2012. I was not earning enough to file in those years and they managed to pay me last year.

I can get my IRP 5 for 2012 and half of 2011 but I am not sure I can get one for the beginning of 2011.

How would we go about this?

You must contact your old employer to see if you can get it, otherwise you would need to sign an affidavit and take that to SARS indicating that you cannot obtain it and they need to accept this.
