I have been taxed 740000 on pension lump sum. Will I get something when I claim tax this year?

The amount withheld on the pension payout is a tax on lump sums and subject to specific SARS tables - unfortunately this does not get included as part of any refund as it is a once off payment of tax so you won't get any part back when you file your tax return.
