We have done so, please could you let us know what the reasons are for being unhappy with our service?

I'm not unhappy with the service.
I was testing it out because the company I work for, Eighty20, signed up and encouraged us to take a look at it.
I paid to use the premium service but in the end I think it's easier to do a return on SARS website directly.
I would probably only recommend your site to someone who does not have an IRP5 or to someone that is unsure how to record additional contributions/deductions/incomes on the SARS website.

Thank you for your comments Dino. Our service also provide checks to ensure that everything has been inputted correctly and in the event of certain amounts/codes being on your IRP5 that all the related inputs are done elsewhere on the return. In a lot of instances items are recorded on an IRP5 without explanation and taxpayers can miss out on deductions by not entering them elsewhere on the return which is required.
