Are you a director of a company or CC or earn income from running a business?

No, I am an ordinary worker that also receives a small pension from my late husbands policies.

You do not need to put in these values then. Ask the consultant why he is asking you for these?

The consultants says - They need updated info every year so that they can assess risk.

If you have a simple IRP5 and are not earning income from anywhere else other than the policies then you do not need this information for your tax return.
