I pay tax from my salary, that's what it says on my payslip, do I further need to pay income tax this year if I only started worked under 6 months and earned R58330 as a whole (without deductions)?

If you earn over the current tax threshold of R73,650 for the period 1 March 2015-28 February 2016 then tax should be payable by you.

Please clarify for which period you have earned the R58,330? That amount alone in a tax year is under the tax threshold and would not attract tax.

I have started earning from July 2015.
Thank you for your response. so that would mean next year I would need to submit since by then I would be above the threshold.

If you are paying tax you should submit a Tax Return for the 2016 year of assessment (1 March 2015-28 Feb 2016).

I only started with the company in July 2015 and do not have an IRP5, so how do I submit without it?

You only need to submit a Tax Return next year (from 1 July 2016) for the 2016 year of assessment. Your company will issue you with an IRP5 for the time you worked from July 2015 - Feb 2016.
