Operations final demand letter failed...???

I received a notification 'Operations final demand letter failed'
I am unable to open this letter on my computer. What does this mean? I sent SARS all required documents on my SARS eFiling. Please help!

You need to go back to SARS eFiling and there should be another box for you to upload documents where you must put the same ones. Try using Internet Explorer to read the letter to see what they are asking for.
