Notice of Objection via efiling

I want to dispute the outcome of an assessment. I am using SARS efiling. I completed the form, but when I try to file it, I get errors about mandatory data. But this relates to the 'Particulars of representative' section. I don't have a representative - I'm dealing with this on my own.
What am I supposed to fill in?

Also, all my supporting documentation has already been submitted for the assessment. Do I have to resubmit the same documentation again for the dispute?

You should be able to complete the section for yourself as the representative and then tick the appropriate boxes there.

The documentation submitted should be a letter stating the reasons for dispute and any documents relating to those reasons. You don't need to resubmit documents already submitted.
