I was not aware of having to file a tax return if they did not receive anything from an employer if I was employed. Does this make sense? Also, I worked part time in 2008 but the company crumbled and I was never issued with an IRP5 and yet SARS have proof that I paid tax which I did. But surely they should have proof of what tax I paid. This is insane! |
