You can take your employment contract and payslips and bank statements from this period to SARS to prove to them that even though no IRP5 was received you did indeed pay your PAYE.

I have done all of that. My first time I waked into SARS contact centre was in December 2013. I have given all the docs and provided all the information and follow up monthly, but to this day, no feedback from
Either ex employer or SARS. What else can I do? Please help.

You can call the SARS Service Monitoring Office on 0860 12 12 16 and they will look into your matter.
