My employer cannot pay my provisional tax as they do not have enough funds to match my provisional tax (meaning what they have to pay from their pockets to SARS). They have been paying my salary in full with no deductions and it has been up to me to save that money and pay my tax in November 2015 as a Regular tax payer. How much will my tax be? I earn R15000 per month. Worked out that my tax would be R2700 per month.

Your employer should not be paying your provisional tax, they should be deducting PAYE each month and paying this over to SARS. However if they have not been doing so and been paying you in full, which is against tax law, then you will need to pay SARS all the tax. You can make use of our SARS income tax calculator to work out how much tax you should be paying.
