I received two IRP5. The second is for the Lump Sum I received after retrenchment, however no tax was deducted. I tax directive number was provided. Should I enter the information as well when submitting my tax?

Yes, the information from both IRP5s should be included. In the opening wizard questions, you need to indicate that you have received 2 IRP5s for the year. However, your IRP5 information should be automatically pulled into your tax return and populated in the correct place when you request it on eFiling.
