Medical aid contributions on my tax return?

In the medical aid contributions - Did your medical aid contribution form part of your salary. My employer took the contributions off my salary but did not contribute to it directly. This also only happened for 8 months of the tax year after which I paid all the contributions. Is it correct to say that my medical aid formed part of my package, they did not pay for my entire contribution and no again to "Is your ENTIRE medical aid contribution taken out of your salary? So it is paid via your employer as part of your Salary Package."Then I would put 4 months contribution under "Please enter the total amount for the year that you personally spent on medical aid contributions. This excludes any medical aid amounts that are taken off your salary automatically."

Yes, only the actual amount that does not appear on your IRP5 needs to go onto the TaxTim question.
