The other possibility is that you have outstanding returns from previous years which if haven't been filed then SARS won't pay you the refund due. Could this be the case? |

I know this is frustrating, but being a government entity they work very slowly. My only other advice is to go into a SARS branch and speak with someone there, but this is long and frustrating and could take the entire day of waiting in a queue. |
