ITR12 submitted to SARS, why is there a delay?

I submitted my Tax Return on the 1st of July 2014 via eFiling. On the 8th of July I received notification to submit supporting documentation which I did on the same day. The status now shows: Return - submitted to ITS. There is an amount due to me. When can I expect the pay-out to be made in to my account?

This can take 30 working days to resolve from the date of submission, look out for a completion letter from SARS on the 8th, if nothing arrives you can call them and escalate the case.
