I have just registered, I tried to connect via SARS however I was told my bank account number was incorrect. We are now waiting for SARS to set up SARS eFiling for me. In the mean time, I am not sure what to enter regarding payment for a pension fund. I pay into a Provident fund so am not sure if this is tax deductible. Only reason I used TaxTim is so I don't have to physically go into SARS. I am hoping this is still the case.

No a provident fund is not tax deductible and is different from a pension fund unfortunately.
