Is my travel allowance too high for tax purposes?

Please help, I receive a fixed travel allowance of R9400pm (car R4400 fuel R5000) under code 3701 which is taxed at 80% by my employer. My cars value is 160K and I do approximately 45K a year (12-15K personal) I keep a logbook. Will this be regarded negatively by SARS and more importantly would I possibly have to pay in an amount?

What exactly is your question? Will what be perceived negatively by SARS?

Will SARS consider this allowance too high since my salary is 11K and will I have to pay SARS or will SARS give me a refund.

SARS may consider this out of proportion and be too high compared to your salary and see it as an avoidance measure and impose tax. You will then have to pay extra if SARS considers this to be true.
