Interest before death of spouse and thereafter on the tax return?

I have to complete a ITR12 for a deceased lady, who only received interest income together with the husband.
They are married in community of propery.
How is the before and after death interest shown on both returns

You would need to draw an interest statement up until the date of death and split that by two.

Is there option on the information qquestion to exclude the community option. If so I understand your answer?
Thank you for your response

Yes, for the investment section you would state that you do not wish to include the amounts as part of the community of property.
