I clicked on the dispute option when filing my taxes and now I cant file my tax return again?

Good Day Tim,

Can you please help me. I acquired assistance from a friend when filing my taxes and they made a mistake with the amount and filed the tax return and instead of requesting correction I clicked on dispute and now I don't know how to correct this. I did send through my IRP5 but I received a letter stating No Retirement Annuity contributions ever claimed - no grounds for objection. I don't understand what I should do now.

In a case of a genuine mistake you can contact the call centre on 0800 00 7277 and have them correct it for you by removing the dispute. Did they send you a letter of findings?
