Let me know if you have trouble with the download, and specifically, what the error message is (if one pops up) or what the problem is. Otherwise if you cannot get these programs installed, perhaps try using a different browser on your PC - one might already be installed on your computer, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Chrome. The last resort would be to try another computer and login to eFiling there. It is frustrating, but it seems SARS has chosen to use these technologies for now. |
