I would like to know if my business is eligible for tax, I got a tender supply project which amounted to R230000

Yes it is, businesses that make profits will all be eligible to pay tax on profits earned. It obviously gets more complicated, but essentially if a business makes taxable profits then a portion of that is paid over to SARS. Generally profits are taxed at 28% for a company.
