Kindly advise if I have a medical aid and it is paid from my salary by my employer, whether the employer subsidy can be added with the medical tax credits under code 4116?

The tax credit code is only for the actual credit, the amount they pay for you will be included under income and actually increase the amount you are taxed on.

So you are saying that it is correct to add the code 3810 amount to the 4116 code?

No the 4116 code is only for the actual credit per month. The 3810 amount stays as 3810 under income and then 4005 and 4474 under the deductions side.
