I'm starting a small business, if I pay an employee R15000 monthly, will he need to get SARS registered and how much tax will be deducted? It is only UIF he is registered for.

You will need to register as an Employer with SARS and pay PAYE for him each month. Make use of our SARS income tax calculator to see how much PAYE would need to be withheld and paid over to SARS.
