Someone who mainly earns commission income, can she claim for corporate clothing and training. Also if she has not maintained a logbook accurately, can she claim motor vehicle expenses including fuel?

She can attempt to claim for fuel etc, but would need to explain to SARS how she justified what portion was related to business. Clothing is personal in nature and cannot be claimed unless the situation where the clothing forms part of her work. What training are you referring to?
