Employer's Personal Tax Return



How would you complete your personal tax return if you left employment in November 2013; started your own business and contributed out of your own pocket for your Retirement Annuity and Medical Aid from December 2013 until end of 2014 Tax Year. I need to know what do I click if Tax Tim asked me if my employer contributed towards my medical aid. Yes, they have until November 2013 and thereafter I was responsible for the full contribution towards my medical aid.
