Does the marriage of a non resident to a resident in the Republic deem them a resident in the Rep.?



Does the marriage of a non resident to a resident in the Republic deem them a resident in the Republic? They do not meet the physical presence test and aren't ordinarily resident in the Republic.

No this will not deem someone a resident of South Africa.
