Does that mean I owe SARS?

I received an SMS after submitted my IRP5 "said" assessment type : additional: amount Due by you: audit: N : first payment 01-01-2016 and 2nd 31-01 -2016 does that mean I should pay money?

You need to look at your tax assessment (ITA34) to see the amount due to you or payable to SARS. This would have been received by you after submitting your tax return.
