Do I use my PAYE no. to submit a Tax Return?

I have not registered a tax return for the past 15 years.
I receive a pension and have a PAYE number.
Do I need to register with the SARS for my tax Returns or do I use the PAYE no.

You would need to register with SARS to receive a tax number which is linked to you. The PAYE number is the company reference.

I used to file my taxes befor immigrating from South Africa some 15 years ago.
I received a tax clearence befor leaving.
Will I be required to use the tax reference that I had befor leaving or do I need to register again?

Thank you.

You should be able to use the same tax number, but call SARS on 0800 00 7277 to check if it is still valid.
