Do casual workers pay tax?

I am very concerned about this tax thinga.I am working as a casual in one if the Retailers in SA.I am earning basic salary of R650 plus commion - R2500 a week, but what I have noticed is I am taxed R220 per week. Is it fair as a casual worker to be taxed?

Yes it is fair, if you earn more than R70 700 per year then you will be taxed regardless of the type of work you do.
