I am sure I am a provisional tax payer, however, I have only paid tax once a year in the past. Is this right?

If you are a provisional taxpayer then you should be completing an IRP6 twice a year in August and February and making a payment manually at those times. Please read our blog on What is Provisional Tax? How and when?
