Do additional taxes from late submission or under estimate get included in the irp6 form?

In filling in the irp6 form for provisional tax must the additional taxes incurred from late submission or under estimate for the second provisional tax payment be included in the form and if so where? Or does SARS tell you the additional taxes incurred when they send you your assessment for the year?

Are you referring to under provision charges from the 2012 year? You should be completing your IRP6 for the 2013 year for the first period.

If interest and penalties have already occurred from previous periods it will appear on the IRP6 or you need to fill it in if it isn't there already. Of course if it hasn't been paid yet.
