Dispute approved, but payment amount incorrect

Hi, I changed jobs and my pension fund was paid to me in a lump sum with tax deducted, but the liberty loaded irp5 incorrectly on e filing so it looked like I didn't pay tax on the amount. I only realised after I filed my tax return so phoned them, they cancelled the wrong certificate and loaded the correct IRP5 onto SARS. I then had to go dispute the matter with SARS. According to them I owed R9700. The dispute was allowed, and they said they owe me R13000, but they only paid me R3500 because they still deducted R9700. According to me this is incorrect because I never actually owed them the R9700 (original it34 assessment), so how can they deduct that from the amount they owe me? Should I dispute again? I spend a lot of money on medical because my medical aid savings is not a lot, I feel its unfair that they're not paying me back. I would appreciate advice.

The new ITA (the second one) is a reversal of the incorrect amount as well as a correction to the correct amount. Is the R3500 the correct amount?
