Didn't include my pension fund on code 4006?

Last year when I filed my 2012 tax return I didn't put in my pension fund on code 4006 but have put only my retirement annuity from old mutual. And I was given a refund amount of R1900. I therefore would like to know if its possible for me to do an objection and resubmit the return even though I was paid.

Did your employer pay your pension fund or was it take out of salary?

If it is included on your IRP5 then SARS will take it into account already when's determining your taxes owing and will have already reduced your monthly PAYE.
