Can we claim if we pay for our uniforms?

We are wearing uniforms at the medical practice where I work and we are spending money on this monthly can we claim from SARS for this?

No there is no allowance they did pay for our starting outfits but we have to pay for all other purchases to complete our uniforms. We are paying this of monthly.
