Can my former boss legally avoid supplying my IRP5 in time?

I've resigned from my Company and I'm concerned that my former boss may try to drag his feet with supplying my IRP5. Is there a set time period he is allowed in order to provide said documentation and is he required by law to supply my IRP5?

There isn't really a set time as per law, but he should so from 1 June. IF he does not, let us know and we will try assist you in another way.

Thanks very much. By when should I have submitted my return in order to still get my tax return?

Tax filing season only opens on 1 July 2015 and will close end of November so you have plenty of time to submit your return.
