Can I put my pension fund on my tax return if I dont have a tax certificate for it.

I want to know if a pension fund forms part of my CTC but I do not get a tax certificate for it can I put it on my tax submission? Even if its on my payslip or not?

If it forms part of your CTC and is on your IRP5 then you won't need to include it on your tax return as it is already there and will be taken into account.

Thanks! so if it's not on my IRP5 then I must get a tax certificate for it? Am I correct?

Yes, correct. your pension fund will issue you an IT3b for this.
