Can I delink from previous tax practitioner?

I attempted to register for SARS eFiling but ran into the problem that I was linked to a tax practitioner who previously lodged my tax return but whose services I could no longer afford. I was unable to delink myself from the tax practitioner concerned. Can you help if I register with you?
