I have started working in 2006, but I never claimed a tax refund. Is possible for me to claim for all those years?

How much did you earn in each year?

For 2006 to 2008, I was earning R2,800 gross, 2009-2010 I was earning R5,900 gross, 2011 to 2012 was earning R9,000, 2013-2014 I was earning R6,000, 2015 to 2016 11,500

You did not earn enough income for those years to pay tax, so unfortunately there is nothing that you can claim for. A refund is when you have overpaid your taxes.
