Banking nightmare with SARS?

My son has been sequestrated and have no bank account. Currently he is utilizing a savings account of mine where his salary is paid in and he can do his transactions.

On submitting his tax return by eFiling he changed the banking details to the above. However SARS will not accept and therefore will not pay money due to him.

He will have to open an account of his own, however if he was sequestrated then SARS should have given him an insolvent tax number - his actual SARS profile changes. They should not have let him submit a normal return.
