What happens if SARS obtained a court order against you and you did not know?

They did not specify but when we went back it was for 2012 even though it said 0 and then after that they did not allow the deductions the court order did not give a date they only said they will attach my belongings if I do not pay the R300000.00

You need to seek out a tax attorney to assist with this matter and file the correct appeals with SARS.
