I have a laptop, tablet and cell phone that I need to depreciate, how do I do this?

You calculate them individually on our Wear and Tear calculator and then add them together as one entry on your tax return.
SARS will ask for supporting documents as soon as they pick up your claim for depreciation, so kindly ensure that you save each calculation and have a letter from your employer stating that they need you to use your personal assets for business purposes and the invoices proving the amounts you paid on each item.
