I earn commission more than 50% of my income - I claim for home office expenses as I work from home 60% of the time but now SARS want to know if I also have a office at work will that mean I am not allowed to claim for home office??

You need a letter from you employer stating that you are allowed to work at home and if you can be more specific in the letter about how much time that would be even better.
