TaxTim says: 9 March 2016 at 10:48 Please read our blog on how to Swear an affidavit You could also submit any letters/emails which would prove that you only worked for 1 day if possible. That, together with the affidavit, should be sufficient to satisfy SARS. |

Saying that they need to look manually into the documents and it will take a while before getting back to me. Would SARS not accept the affidavit as is? SARS has given me 3 weeks to submit. I have 2 weeks left. |
