What is SARS refund review?

I've been selected for an audit and SARS requested supporting documents which I sent. When I called the call centre they said it will take 30 working days to be finalised.

I called again after 30 working days and they said iv been selected for a refund review and it will take another 30 working days to be finalised.

I don't understand what a refund review means? Did I do something wrong? Please help.

No you did nothing wrong, this is part of the SARS process. Unfortunately all you can do is be patient, but eventually you will receive your refund.
