What do medical aid tax credits on my IRP5 mean?

My IRP5 reflects an amount under tax credits. The code is 4116. I'm being told this is for medical aid tax credits. When I log into my eFiling. All amounts from my IRP5 are already prepopulated except that amount on my IRP5 for code 4116. Do I copy that amount over to my return before submitting?

That amount should be there, so yes you can populate this. If SARS requests proof of this you can send them the IRP5 received from the employer.
