Want to know when SARS is paying my money; October has passed..

I already file via SARS was suppose to get my money in October even, now I don't know what happened to the payment...

If you were asked to submit supporting documents to SARS, it can take SARS 21-30 days to review these.

It would be best to call SARS on 0800 007 277 and find out reasons for the delay. It might be that you have prior year tax returns outstanding or that you need to verify your bank details with SARS. If the latter is the case, they would have sent you a letter.
