unique identifier required for ITR12?

Where do I find the unique identifier required for ITR12? I realise it relates to my profession (occupational therapist), but am unsure how to get this. I have not been allocated one in previous years.

The unique identifier is issued by SARS, this will reflect on your ITA34 of last year, but if there is nothing reflecting you can just enter 0's and SARS should issue you one this year.
