I have a Micro Business registered for turnover tax. Must I deduct tax or pay tax if I hire persons from the street to help me load and setup equipment?

I normally hire people of the streets to help me load and setup equipment for events at the place of the event. The amounts always varies between R2000-R3000 for 2 days, 3-4 Persons.
