How will I be taxed on my income if I have two jobs with two different companies? My second job will only be part time for - 6 months.

All your income will be added together and you will be taxed according to the tax tables. The companies will probably take off too much tax as they see you as only working for them, but this can be refunded when you submit your tax return to SARS during tax season.
